About

I'm Isabella.

Hi, I’m Isabella, and my passion for Italian cuisine has been growing for over a decade. After moving to Italy 10 years ago, I immersed myself in its rich culinary traditions and earned a Master’s degree in Food Design and Innovation. I specialize in creating authentic Italian home-cooking experiences, just like Italians prepare in their own kitchens.

Through EccoMi, I offer intimate cooking workshops where you can learn to make seasonal dishes using fresh, local ingredients, as well as guided culinary tours in collaboration with Elements of Food. My goal is to connect people to Italy’s vibrant food culture through memorable, hands-on experiences that are as enriching as they are delicious.

I can’t wait to share my love for Italian food with you!

"Cooking is a little rascal, it will often lead to despair… but it also gives pleasure. To cook well, all you need is passion, a great deal of attention, and the habit of being precise. Always choose the finest ingredients, this will help you make a good impression."
